About this event
The 18th Annual Bonita L. Haynes Memorial Golf Scramble will take place at 8:30am on Saturday August 16, 2025, at the Colonial Golfers Club.
We invite you to participate in this event, joining us for a celebration of life, golf, networking, fellowship and FUNdraising! T
his event will benefit the following three organizations: The National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice – Lima Affiliate (Local Programming and Scholarship Drive); The Mulligans Golf Association (Summer Youth Golf Program); and The Smith-Jones Family Foundation (“Be Great” Book Scholarship and other College Exposure/Prep Activities).
Each organization has a proven track record of service and success, supporting youth throughout Allen County, and have united in this effort to enhance and expand our individual and collective ability to serve.
We are now inviting individuals and organizations who would like to enter into an Event Partnership relationship (Individual, Team, Birdie, Eagle, Ace, Hole-In-One or Title Sponsor). Partnership details and benefits are as follows:
Individual* - $80 (Individual Entry - greens fee and a cart for 18-holes of golf, (1) Door Prize ticket and (1) lunch ticket). *You will be paired with other golfers
Team - $320 (1 Team Entry - greens fees and a cart for 18-holes of golf, (4) Door Prize tickets and (4) lunch tickets)
Birdie Sponsor - $250 (Hole Sponsor - Your name/logo on a designated hole)
Eagle Sponsor - $500 (1 Team Entry, 1 Hole Sponsor and recognition on Printed Material (excluding Event Banners) at the event)
Ace Sponsor - $1,000 (1 Team Entry and designated Hole Ownership – Signage, (1) table and (2) chairs on the designated hole for information distribution/giveaways. Recognition on Printed Material (excluding Event Banners) at the event)
Hole-In-One Sponsor - $1,500 (1 team Entry and Hole-In-One Prize Sponsorship/Signage. Recognition on Printed Material (excluding Event Banners) at the event)
Title Sponsor - $2,500 (2 Team Entries, designated Hole Ownership, Your logo on the various Event Banners, Printed Material and Beverage Carts)
In addition, this event will feature various Proximity Contests, Hole-In-One opportunities, Raffle Prizes, a Silent Auction and a 50/50 Raffle. For those that do not wish to golf, Lunch-Only tickets are available for $30 each.
